Terrible customer service

I purchase a 13-18 inch collar, I received a 6-9inch. I contacted the company through email and told them I received the wrong size. I was told I had to pay $19 shipping for the right size, and pay $20 dollar shipping to send the wrong one back. At first I thought they sent the size I ordered and it just didn’t fit, but then showed a friend of mine, who has a couple of these collars in the same size I ordered. I had tried these on my dog and they fit my dog so i ordered one. After I had received an email of the description of the replacement collar they were sending, I realized they were sending me the actually size I ordered in the first place. I emailed back saying I would appreciate a refund of all the shipping I had to pay for the replacement collar, because this was the companies mistake not mine. I have been ghosted and have no idea if my collar has been shipped to me. Do yourself a favour and give your business to another company that is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Very very disappointed!!!!

Perfect!!

Super happy with the collars I bought for my two pooches. The "ball is life" collar is absolutely perfect for my ball obsessed boxer! The collars are well made, easy to adjust for a great fit, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received after I emailed with a few questions. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately this collar did not come in my order with the others and I’m still waiting for it. I’m sure it will lovely once/if it arrives!! Historically, this company’s products have been great and I own over a dozen of them.
