A special thank you to Noah who made our guests feel most welcomed!! He worked directly with Laura Carmichael (who is just amazing) at the visitor's center to gather bags, he placed the order for our gift items, and after wrapping all so nicely he personally delivered them to the hotel so guests would have them upon check-in.
