I ordered very close to Christmas for my grandchild and somehow had the wrong shipping address entered when choosing my credit card. Being out of the country and with next day shipping I was concerned to say the least. But Bella Luna promptly replied to my frantic email and took care of the problem. Excellent service and I received a thank you note saying simply ‘“it’s a hit!”
