I have always used exfoliators to try and get rid of the rough bumpy skin on my arms and nothing has really worked. This is such a great all rounder. I use it after I get waxes to prevent ingrown hairs. I used it on my bottom, thighs and arms to exfoliate and remove dead skin build up and WOW. My skin looks and feels better. I get less lumps and bumps on those areas. Best skin ever.
