Excellent Customer Service

Originally I ordered the smaller model HXT and needed to replace with the MDX. The customer service and sales team were extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied. Now, no excuses!

Good except for display boot that does not fit. Manual is useless there.

Step 6 in instructions was incorrect because the boot attaching to the display did not fit. The diameter of the boot tail was too large to fit in the cupholder opening. Calling tech help was no good since they had no answer. I had to completely cut the tail from the boot and let it rest on top of the cupholder assembly. TECH HELP HAD NO SOLUTION FOR ME. The boot could not EVER have been installed as the manual claims it should be.

Product is great

The machine itself is exactly as we hoped it would be, we are very excited to have this. Our issues with the delivery and lack of instruction are a totally different matter. I was notified on Dec 21 during a phone call from the shipping company that the machine would be delivered on Dec 23 between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. My son arrived at our home a little after 11:00 AM and the box on a pallet was sitting in front of our garage. We were not home at the time of the early delivery nor were contacted by the delivery company of a change in time. To leave a $3000 item unsigned for in a driveway is totally unprofessional. When I got home we had to figure how to get it off the driveway by ourselves. We had to open it and take everything out piece by piece to get it in the garage. Then Christmas Day when we presented it to my husband for his gift and my sons go to put it together there are no instructions to be found. We eventually found instructions online but it sure wasn’t what we expected to have to do.
