Awesome trainer!

I have used the SCI UBE’s at physical therapy and needed something for at home. Is very smooth and works well. I did order the U shaped handles as it is less stress on my shoulders.

I really like the trainer. It’s getting me through recovery from a knee replacement , since it allows me to retain some cardio fitness. My only wish is that at higher resistance or speeds, the trainer wouldn’t move across the table.

I'm happy with it

Easy to assemble. I bought the stand to hold it. So far, so good - I'm using it every day (the stand was more difficult to assemble, but we were able to do it).
