Initial hard to decipher
I ordered 2 initial cord bracelets. The S looks great. The A however is not properly punched & therefore you can’t tell it’s an A. Would think items would be inspected before shipping. Very disappointed. I’ve attempted to contact you but haven’t heard back. Customer service is important.
