First of all, the service from Poppy is of the highest level! Changed to pay by ApplePay and this changed the shipping to 4 day. I contacted customer service and within minutes got a message from Poppy to sort out next day delivery. All sorted and received my package within 24 hours. If all customer service was this good, there would be no complaints. As for the product, it is beautiful, my wife will love it, not our anniversary until the 15th October!
