Sightglass Instant: Blueboon

Not a contradiction: excellent instant

I first heard about this on another website and decided to give it a try. Usually you hear "instant coffee" and think it's only for desperate situations. Sightglass Blueboon overturns that prejudice. It's rich, flavorful and really satisfying. I don't know how they do it, but I'm glad they do.

My Favorite Instant

I've tried quite a few craft instant coffees and this one is my favorite at the moment. Some tend to have a sour note that I'll overlook if they're generally good, but this one doesn't so it tops the list for me. It's great to have a really good instant on hand when a pourover or Chemex is too much work in the morning.

Excellent Instant

Truly excellent instant coffee. So good it’s just excellent coffee.
