7 pin socket - no reverse wire

Very disappointing to open up the socket and find only 5 wires with no reverse feed. Especially when the factory loom has reverse feed and it’s for a vehicle used commonly for towing. Along with the terrible and incorrect instructions and missing washers it makes for a pretty poor experience where you wish you had of bought a different brand. It’s hard to believe they are made in QLD - it’s what you’d expect from an eBay import.
