Best sleep ever!

I started using this product 2 years ago, and since then i've noticed so much imporvemnt in my sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. I can tell the difference when i take it vs when i dont. Its harder to get up. im so happy i started using this!

Sleep saver, lifesaver

I'm not a huge fan of taking supplements in pill form, so this powder is an easeful dream. It helps anchor my nighttime ritual, and I love that it benefits so many things all at once.

Sleepy time

I gave Magnesium-Om a second chance and now I use it to relax in the evenings when I need sleep. The first couple of nights cause some tummy issues, but I started to become used to it. I mix it in my tart cherry juice and it helps me to fall asleep.
