I am in love with my new kiln. I have pulled 4 pots and it was very easy to program and to use. I recommend this kiln and your services. I wa having trouble programming the first time and your customer services send me several you tube videos that showed me how to do it mm 👏👏👏👏

Yes I have received my kiln. I am still waiting on my glaze materials I have fired bisque and just hope she can reach cone 6 when ready.i will let you know.
