Defective Rug

The rug is beautiful in person. More muted than expected but still pretty. I would have given it 5 stars but giving it 3 due to quality control. We so far have vacuumed the rug 2-3x and it’s showing excessive pilling in areas on the rug. Seeking a replacement.
