Manouri cheese
For the starters, we like cheese a lot.
This Manouri surprized us by being a litle fatty and not too salty- very good served with hot polenta, and as a strombolli filling. We also enjoyed it as a finely sliced cheese over toast with slices of tomatoes on the side.
Surely will order this cheese again. Thank you.
