The Pupflask works great! Keeps water very cold and pours out and back in well. It would be nice to have more adjustability on the sling to either go around your shoulder or waist. Great product 👌

My PupFlask is flawed. It has a pinhole leak at the base. I tried to work with your customer service; even sent them a video with the water spewing out, but that wasn't good enough. They wanted a single photograph. Prior to this purchase, I researched to find the unit for my dogs which I thought would be the best. Now, by value of my time, I have spent more time than this unit is worth, and the issue is not resolved. I expected your company to have immediately replaced the unit and get the flawed one back so you could determine the problem in your manufacturing process.
