Jeff was in touch with me to confirm the color choice right after I ordered it. I was kept informed about shipping details. After my husband assembled the glider we noticed it not being a completely smooth glide. I contacted customer service by email. Jeff responded within a half hour. We were able to make a video of the glider and what was happening. Jeff had the solution in an instant. We had over tightened bolts. We loosened up and it glides perfectly. I was really impressed with Jeff. He is amazing!!

Great addition to our deck!

This was a great purchase - easy company to order from and quick delivery! Their price was very competitive to start with and they allowed us to add a 10% off coupon to the order. Great communication from order to delivery via email and text. The Perfect Choice furniture is of the highest quality. We purchased 4 chairs with 2 arm interlocking tables in 2016 in the same 2-tone color combination as this glider. Our deck faces west and gets lots of direct sunlight. There is no color difference between the 2016 furniture and the 2020 furniture due to manufacturing changes or weather wear/tear. I highly recommend both Rocking Furniture and Perfect Choice Furniture.
