L-Citrulline Powder

Package never received — terrible customer service

I cannot review the product itself because I never received it. My order was marked as delivered, but the carrier left it unattended in a shared mailroom instead of delivering it to my unit door. The package was taken before I could retrieve it. Building management reviewed and preserved surveillance footage. I contacted BulkSupplements and asked for either a replacement or a refund. They refused both and simply stated that once the carrier marks a package as delivered, they are no longer responsible. I have ordered from BulkSupplements before, and previous packages to the same address were delivered directly to my unit door without any problem. I was extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. The issue is not the product itself — the issue is that I paid for an order I never received, and the company refused to make it right. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from BulkSupplements unless you are prepared to accept the risk of losing your money if a delivery goes wrong.
