Missing Parts

Received order but neither Whistle had the Cushioned mouth Grip. I call the 800 number and reported to sales, and they were going to look into why Cushioned grip were not with whistles. The Cushioned Grip is why I ordered whistles. I haven't received any reply or response back from Dalco.
