This is well made. Strong and flexible. I like it, it does give you a good support

Arm rests work well

They work well for me after experiments with where to mount them relative to my arms--widely spaced seemed best. They are made of plastic and seemed a bit wobbly. Motion was stiff at first, so I lubricated it. It is a real advance if you have a chair without armrests, and looks like it is durable enough.

This arm rest had the potential of working for me but I only had 1 1/8" of space on the edge of my desk to mount the device. Because of that, I was not able to securely attach it and it did not work for me.
