I bought this to hold my RYA GMDSS Short Range Certificate. While not a perfect fit (due to a slight error in my own measurement and it not being the purpose of the holder), with a slight folding it looks beautiful. I have to say there was a slight hiccup with Royal Mail and the customer services team were diligent in resolving it quickly and with great care. Will likely order another for my RYA ICC - which will be worth the slight folding again.
