Buttons, encoders, button microswitches, wires/terminals, and joystick top/shaft are all decent. The circle actuator is iffy at best. Square actuator is fine. Spacer is good. E clip works. The mounting of the joystick microswitches is noticeablely uneven in gameplay. For anyone complaining about the button resistance, remove the plunger and take the spring out. The microswitch spring does enough :)
