Unfriendly client services

Mix up with the stickers on the product. It said shampoo but is was step 2. Unfriendly approach by the client services when we were not sure to received the right product

great result

I used it today on red course, very curly hair. Worked great, loved the fragrance, smelled like ' fruit tingles', only downside was when applying the product it was a bit sensitive to the eye.........but I have a small salon with little ventilation. All in all 9 out of 10
