The freshness, flavor, and authenticity of Canaan's olive oils and Za'atar are unbeatable. But what has my heart, is how gracious and kind this team is. In the middle of an onslaught of terrifying violence on the region where all of this goodness comes from, they've maintained such dignity and proactiveness in dealing with customers. I had placed an order which was due for Christmas as a present for some relatives. When they knew it wasn't going to be possible to make that deadline, the Canaan representative reached out to me with immense grace under what must be a high-pressure situation for them, both professionally and personally. I appreciate this small company and their big heart so much. I'm always going to buy from them, and you should too.
