Compromised

Both the plants, though they were secure in the package the inside lower leaves were all riding. I couldn’t even pinch them off because they were literally mushy obviously that’s from too much water or something.. once I cleaned them up they seem to be doing OK. Definitely not like my first Delivery, perfection.

Customer Satisfaction

I had an issue regarding the pot sizes I received. I truly appreciate how understanding Rich, the manger, were of my concerns and for the compensation provided to resolve the differences. One thing that specifically touched my heart was a comment in his response email: “Nonetheless, customer relations are more important to me.” It is rare to encounter such excellent service.
