I kind of have to mention that the first of the butane soldering iron I bought didn't work. The pizo sparker was dead. And I had resigned to buy a different butane soldering iron from a different company. But when lexicon heard I had received a defective product, they sent a new on free of charge. As well as shipping information to return the broken one free of charge. If you are thinking about buying one of these- based on my experience it might not work the first time, though with that being said lexivon customer service is probably the best I've ever dealt with and in the event you get one that doesn't work- I don't think I can name another company that considers making things right such a priority as lexivon. Given the first broken one, I am dinging this product a star. But it's literally customer service that made up the difference in score in my opinion.
