Replaced my Amazon Nano with a Crypto Merchant Trezor one

I returned a faulty Nano to Amazon and then its replacement as it would not function correctly, starting where the previous one had left off! Nano support took days coming and then not pertinent to the issue. Purchased the Trezor one from crypto merchant as a replacement. It might not look so cool but it works and cost half the price of a Nano, and what is more the support from Crypto Merchant is excellent. I may have been unfortunate with the Nano, I don’t know but my son bought one in Spain with a dead battery. It took him 2 months to get a response from Nano before they finally refunded him. I would definitely recommend anyone purchasing a hardware wallet to do it through the Crypto Merchant and to be wary of buying a Nano.
