Solid and effective

Vibration is consistent and at 40 HZ (recommended by Dr.) is stable. It needs to be placed on a solid floor (e.g., concrete), otherwise 40 HZ vibration knocks things off shelves. But it will be many months before I will know whether it has improved my bone health.
