Never received this Item

This item supposedly shipped in March, but I have yet to receive it. I have contacted customer service multiple times and continue to get new supposed arrived dates, but never an apology for the incredibly late delivery. I had planned a few summer manicures I was hoping to do with this plate, but I’ll have to scrap those ideas. Very disappointed.
