Beautiful Print - low quality mount

I am a repeat customer of Eyes on Walls. I ordered 3 prints from Lora Zombie a year or so ago during one of her signing events. I was incredibly happy with the prints, shipping, whole process. I've been eyeing some Alex Cherry work since then and when his signing was announced. I opted to get a stretched canvas print wrapped. I love the artwork, the signature and Eyes on Walls always has great communication and great shipping / packaging. However I owe it to you to let you know I was disappointed in the canvas product itself - not the print, not the signature but the canvas wrapping. I will not be ordering any more framed or mounted artwork. I wish I had just ordered the print signed. If I had ordered a discount canvas print from the numerous places online, I would expect less than perfect product - but for the amount paid - the print itself shouldn't be impacted by the canvas process and this is where I fell let down. I've attached photos so you can see where the color of the print of the edges is impacted. The entire print is impacted this way. Is it terrible and awful? No - of course not - but it's also not impressive. It does not prevent me from hanging this in my office and I do not wish to return it. I was not purchasing this as an investment, but rather I wanted the piece for both conversation and personal enjoyment in my office. I can still get enjoyment from it as is I am not seeking a refund either. I simply felt I owed it to you after $100 spent - that this quality is usually what you see from online canvas discount framers for 1/2 to 1/3 the cost. I will still be a customer, just no framed work from me going forward.
