I’ve had problems sleeping for the last few years. Usually resort to taking half a co-codamol to help when I’m desperate. I’ve used this oil every night for the last few weeks and it really works. I place it on my temples and back of my neck when I’m in bed. Inevitably, I fall asleep when reading my kindle, within 20/30 minutes. If I wake up in the night, I have no problems falling back to sleep. Believe me, no-one is as surprised as me!
