Solved the problem!

Used this flasher unit on an old 6v honda c90 that I had fitted led indicators to, works great and Problem solved . Important to use the earth wire supplied.

Perfect for 1931 Austin 7

Classic Car LEDs were more than helpful and recommended this relay for a 1931 Austin 7, together with a set of LED flasher bulbs and an LED dashboard warning light. The combination works very well indeed except that the warning 'clicker' sound soon became inaudible, which matters not at all because the preferred warning light was very bright; there was no interference from ignition. The setup was easy and it all works reliably even without the engine running. That was not the case with the previous relay and filament bulbs, presumably because they dropped the battery volts to much. Truly excellent service!

Received in good condition and when fitted works as expected
