Missing Parts

As we completed the assembly of the plate from the unopened box we discovered, after accounting for all items in the box, that four (4) threaded bolts were not included . It was more expedient to go to the local hardware store to purchase the missing items so we can test the equipment today (8/7/19). Other than that, we are satisfied with this purchase as we begin to actually use it. Thank you Jannett for your kind consideration and prompt responses in this matter.

Plate compactor

Not a bad unit overall but the negatives are the following; - Slower than any other compactor I've used ( travel speed ) - Bottom plate does not sit level and leaves marks of the surface that is being tamped. We install pavers and this is unacceptable
