Suttner ST-160 Foam Injector

Customer service issues

I purchased this product during the veterans day sale. First chance to use was earlier this week. Injector never stops drawing soap and draws way to much soap i feel. With a 25 degree rinse nozzle the pressure coming out of the wand in rinse mode is way less than standard. For reference I have a 4pgm 3000 psi gas hot water pressure washer. I have tried contacting customer service 2 days ago looking for help and I have yet to get any kind of response. I love the Chem-x soaps and other products I have purchased. Just feel customer service is lacking here. Hopefully I can get some help Dan
