Service beyond the warranty
I have purchased two Hot Pockets including the battery. The most recent purchase had a faulty battery that stopped taking a charge after only two uses. When I contacted Sierra Madre about the problem, I was informed that the warranty period had expired. However, they replaced it anyway, as it was a known issue with a few batteries! I recommend and will continue to support companies like Sierra Madre. They truly care about customer satisfaction.

Finally got it right.
The 3rd time appears to be a charm. The first 2 batteries we received for the hot pocket were trash. They died completely within months. The 3rd replacement finally appears to be holding a charge.

New model, big change
The early generation of power packs i received with heat packs refuse to charge and when purchased had low charge it lost and never re charged, the new power pack has different inputs and output jacks they charged faster and have kept there charge which is showing on display i have not had any trouble charging or supply power
