iPhone XS — Shell Explorer Case

I love my iPhone case made of natural abalone shell. It is understated and stylish and the sides of the case are flexible and sensitive enough to make adjusting volume or double clicking to activate Apple Pay easy. My preference would be for the black plastic/silicone or rubber around the sides of the case to be less obtrusive. My case did not arrive in the post after a month and it took four attempts to contact customer service for the matter to be resolved. Cover-up then express couriered a replacement case to me, which I was grateful for.
