The mugs arrived in great shape without any scratches or dents. I love that they are dishwasher safe. The problem is that they don’t fit in cup holders. I searched high and low for ones that do. In the reviews for these someone said that they do fit, but they do not. The other issue is that the opening on the lid to sip from is positioned a little far from the edge, so it can be a little dribbly.
