Too Stiff

I really tried to make this brush work for me but the bristles are very stiff. They're almost ramrod straight in the ferrule and don't have much flexibility. When I tried to use it with concealer I found that it really stabbed my face and undereye area no matter what angle I positioned it. In the end, I could only find one use for it when the bristles didn't hurt my face - to apply cream or powder contour on the edges of my nose.
