I am really impressed with this company. I had to replace an old filter, when we bought our house 2 years ago. I researched and searched until I finally found this company. I knew it was a permanent filter but I couldn't find any in the size that I needed. When I came across this company and I thought, "well I got nothing to lose." So I gave them a chance and I am glad I did. The custom size was a perfect fit. I even had to researched on how to read a ruler, because it has been that long since I did that. I gave them the measurements and double checked the size, and I couldn't be more happier! I definitely recommend this company, just make sure your measurements are correct. I planned on buying another as a backup in the future.
