Excellent quality American made pencils

If you are looking for 1st rate wood pencils, these are it! Solid, well made pencil and core that is not flaky and writes smooth. The eraser is also good, and does not smudge. Recommended.

Nice pencils

These pencils are nice but not my favorites. Better by far than what's available at the local big box stores but I find I prefer Japanese made pencils. There aren't many chubby pencils available to choose from so I feel they're the best I could get and do recommend them. My only issue is with the customer service provided when my original order was sent with the wrong pencils. I had to send the pencils back and wait for the return to be processed before my order was replaced and it took quite a long time compared to the speed of the original shipment. The mistake wasn't mine and I provided photos to show the order was incorrect. I feel they should have shipped my order as soon as tracking showed the return was in transit and expedited shipping as it was a mistake on their part. I got the feeling it wasn't a priority them to make it right.

Poor packing, slow shipping, great pencil.

I donated a couple gross to the local Mission for kids’ school supplies. It took a week for 2 boxes to arrive; external shipping box protected the pencils, but the product boxes were in shambles - packed that way. AND each box was only 6 dozen, not twelve. I complained; the remainder 12 doz pencils were shipped in intact boxes, but again took a week to receive. SO plan ahead, order early, and count what you receive.
