SAS Prophecy Self-Cocking Pistol Crossbow

I bought this prophecy crossbow pistol with the red dot site that is supposed to fit on it, i cannot get it to mount, there are 2 screws sticking up from the rail, and no instructions were included for anything at all, there is no customer service, phone calls not answering or responding and emails not working or being answered. The pistol seems ok but it is not right for sure, as of this review getting no help with the order .
