Experience of buying a pendant

The rose gold infinity alicia pendant was beautiful and I was very pleased with it. Unfortunately I wasnt so pleased with the time it took to arrive as I wanted it for a present. I ordered it on the Saturday and paid for NEXT DAY delivery (although I didnt expect it to be delivered on the Sunday ) The pendant arrived on the next WEDNESDAY! But NOT with (next day) postage on it that I had paid for ! Also I was very disappointed with the ribbon on the little bag as it was VERY creased.
