Sriracha Chili Sauce

This is the second time I've purchased this product. I love it!!!

It Filled the Sriracha-Shaped Hole in My Kitchen I used to love sriracha, but I gave it up when I went SOS-free — no added salt, oil, or sugar. So when Well Your World released their version, I tried it with low expectations. I shouldn’t have. This is an excellent sriracha. What stands out is the balance. It’s a touch thinner than the classic Huy Fong “Rooster” sriracha, which makes it easy to drizzle, and it’s spicy without setting your mouth on fire — real heat, but the kind you can keep eating. It’s also a little sweeter than the original, and that sweetness comes from figs rather than added sugar, so it rounds out the flavor and adds depth instead of dulling the fire. The ingredient list is clean, with no filler. A friend who eats a standard American diet tried it and immediately liked it, which told me this isn’t just a good SOS-free condiment, it’s a good condiment, period. I reach for it most on roasted vegetables and au gratin–style casseroles, where a few drizzles cut the richness and wake the whole plate up. One honest caveat: that thinner body is great for drizzling, but if you like your sriracha thick enough to cling to a spoon for dipping, this one runs looser than you’ll want. It suits how I cook, but it’s a real difference worth knowing before you buy. It’s filled the sriracha-shaped hole in my kitchen. Five stars without hesitation.

I've been using this Sriracha for a year or so and can't imagine going back to that mass-produced junk! This is like everything from WYW...it's super tasty and CLEAN!!!
