Ordered the RRL Lot 271 Denim Jacket and ended up with a customer service experience worth writing about. I placed the order a few days before an international trip and reached out hoping it could arrive in time. Dallas on the support team jumped on it right away, upgraded me to Next Day Air and covered the price difference without me even asking. When a shipping mixup meant it wasn't going to make my departure, he proactively refunded the express charge and kept me in the loop the whole way. The jacket itself is exactly what I hoped for, but honestly it's the way this team handled everything that'll keep me coming back. Genuinely some of the best service I've had from any retailer.
