Nice weld/fab table

Can be assembled about as flat possible, with good clamping. It's only 3/16 thick so heat control will help prevent warping. Cleaning and preparation is a must prior to assembly. My top did have some rust however it was not pitted. Cleaned up just fine.

Quality

I have had no welding experience, over the last year I have been doing small projects teaching myself . This table was extremely easy to assemble and there are plenty of videos on you tube to show you how and we’re to tack . Highly recommend

Great fixture table!

Pretty happy with the fit and finish for 3/16 steel! Took my time with the build, used some pipe clamps and u-bolts to secure and tack everything. Metal came weld ready with minimal prep and everything slid together as expected. Plenty accurate for what I build! Just remember accuracy goes up with thicker metals and has better tolerance to heat warp during assembly. So understand this table isn’t going to be for building aircraft parts or high end motorcycle frames, but for the home gamer for small projects and light fab for recreational vehicles it’s great! Just remember to snag some clamps that use a pad and hook design for 3/16, traditional drop-in post or locking bolt clamps my bend the table or stretch the holes in thinner material such as this, if cranked down too hard;)
