Awesome shorts & service. . worth every penny !!!

I couldn't be happier with my shorts, but it was the service that completely sold me!! I first ordered the wrong style and anticipated the return process was going to be pain. However, that was not the case. Mya was INCREDIBLE. . . . answered my questions and made the process painless. She immediately sent out a second pair but unfortunately, they didn't fit. Rather than bother her again I considered returning them altogether against being a complicated customer. AGAIN, Mya to the rescue. Never made me feel bad for all the trouble and the final pair I received were exactly what I wanted. My only regret now is not ordering more items from Birdwell. Rest assured, her service did not go unnoticed, and because of that, I'll be back for more.

Love the Birdwells. First wore them in 1969 in San Diego as as 12 year old surfer. Was happy to have found you again 3 years ago!
