Pre filter disappointment

I’ve been using Austin Air purifiers and replacement filters for over 20 yrs with no issues. This replacement filter I just ordered with an increased price came with a flimsy thin pre filter, disappointed as it took multiple attempts to get it to stay upright once new filter in and machine turned upright. Otherwise great product.

Added cleanliness

With two small and one regular unit, I feel Better protected.

This filter is easy to install, takes a screwdriver and a few minutes. We run ours continuously so we replace it sooner than suggested, but you can easily open it up to check it now and then in order to know when its time.
