Amazing Service!
I ordered the bar bracelet on April 22 and the expected delivery date was May 13, which was perfect as I planned to give it as a gift on May 17. (FYI, i'm in Canada which explains the delivery date). Well, on May 11, I checked the tracking and it showed it hadn't left the warehouse, despite me receiving an email confirmation that it was on the way. On that same day I emailed Lat&Lo and asked to look into my order and shipping status. To make a long story short, Amanda was amazing!! She quickly responded back, investigated with the shipper (DHL) immediately and determined they had lost my package. She apologized for the loss and had Lat&Lo recreate my order. They also expedited the package on May 18 and I received it May 23! Not only was my sister thrilled with emotion of her gift, but I was pretty impressed at the service I received from Amanda and Lat&Lo. This Canadian girl is happy! Definitely will order again, but hoping Lat&Lo will consider a different shipping provider.

So special to me
My precious bar bracelet holds the coordinates of the place in the ocean that my son took his last dive. It is so important for me to keep his “place” where I can see it everyday. Thank you for this special bracelet!
