Great Study of Job

My daughter and I are doing this Bible study together and love the way it really makes us think about the way we respond to suffering in our own lives and the lives of others.

Job is an excellent resource for people with troubles.

we have only done the first 2 sessions so far, but are enjoying it (after initial panic when looking at session 2, and seeing that it seemed as though we would have to read about 24 chapters within the week. But on reading the small print , we realised that it was only about half that. People's views on why bad things happen to good people are gradually being replaced with a deeper truth. We are appreciating getting to know and trust God more and more.

We have been working through the first study of the Eye of the Storm Job series and have found it helpful with good questions and commentary. It helps us with the question of whether suffering is always due to sin.
