I love these products - have orderes numerous times- but when i opened the package, both Tip off packages were OPENED with ALL Tip Off swabs skewed all ber the package . All were accounted for, however, being out of the package subjected them to getting dirty- and these are used for eyes. Disappointed - i hope this gets passed on to the merchant .
