My original windshield was cracked when I received it via UPS. The claims process with UPS was a disaster and still has not produced anything but delays. Meanwhile, Candace from BM jumped in right away and shipped a new replacement glass to me at ZERO cost. I found an installer and had it replaced within days. She even followed up with me to make sure I found an installer. Amazing customer service and I would highly recommend the product. Even the installer who does many UTV windshield replacements commented on the quality of this product. WTH BM!!
